To get there, the students explored the topic of Human Environmental Impact and, in the final, they’ll move to investigating the future of Personalised Medicine. Across the world, 789 million people live in extreme energy poverty. When the sun sets each night, these people are either plunged into darkness or forced to rely on unsafe energy sources. To combat this, our Year 6 students took part in a SolarBuddy workshop and built solar lights for children in Papua New Guinea (PNG).
