St Peters Western En Route to Paris
Bonne Chance St Peters Western!
In an exceptional week for St Peters Lutheran College and St Peters Western Swimming Club, 12 athletes (10 representing Australia, one from New Zealand and one from Fiji) qualified for the 2024 Paris Games at the Australian Swimming Trials. This contingent, the largest of any swimming club in the country, makes up 22% of the Australian Swimming Team. The selection followed an outstanding week of racing at the Brisbane Aquatic Centre, highlighted by Ariarne Titmus’ world record in the 200m Freestyle.
Among the 12 St Peters Western swimmers en route to Paris with Head Coach Dean Boxall, eight are St Peters Old Scholars, and one is a current student who is also the youngest member of the 2024 Dolphins Squad.
