Class of 2023 Academic Results

St Peters Lutheran College acknowledges the achievements of the Class of 2023 in their academic pursuits. We commend our students for their hard work and focus which has resulted in exemplary outcomes.

Results in Detail

St Peters celebrates 46 Scholars this year. A St Peters Scholar is a student who achieves an ATAR, or equivalent, of 96.00 and above.

  • 5.93% received an ATAR of 99 and above
  • 19.49% received an ATAR of 96 and above
  • 49.58% received an ATAR of 90 and above
  • 80.51% received an ATAR of 80 and above
  • The St Peters Lutheran College median score was 89.73 (the ATAR of the middle student)

(NB: These results include all students undertaking QCAA or IBDP courses who made their results available to St Peters)

St Peters Indooroopilly students can choose from several different study pathways in their Senior years, including Queensland Curriculum & Assessment Authority (QCAA) subject options, the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP), and Vocational Education & Training (VET) options.

Of the 294 students in the 2023 Senior cohort, 44 pursued the IBDP and the highest result achieved was 43 out of a maximum score of 45.

Furthermore, 98.3% of students achieved a QCE (Queensland Certificate of Education) and 39.8% completed a VET Certificate or Diploma qualification.

Subject Scores

In 2023, 14 students achieved a perfect score of 100 in an individual subject, while 12 students received a 99. Thirteen students received a perfect score for the English external exam.

Dux and Proxime Accessit QCAA and IB

Congratulations to our 2023 QCAA Dux Alexis Barnett (pictured above with Head of College Tim Kotzur) who achieved an ATAR 99.95 (one of only 34 students in Queensland to achieve this score) and Proxime Accessit Toby Heytman who achieved an ATAR 99.85. Congratulations also to our 2023 IB Dux Chloris Jiang who achieved a score of 43 and IB Proxime Accessit Olivia Axelsen who achieved a score of 42. Well done on your outstanding results!
