Congratulations Class of 2020!

St Peters Lutheran College congratulates its Class of 2020 on their outstanding academic results.

The Seniors of 2020 made history, last year, by being the first cohort to graduate through the Senior Assessment Tertiary Entrance (SATE) system. They were the first full cohort of Prep, the first Year 7s into High School and the first group to receive an Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR), rather than an OP, in Queensland.

St Peters Indooroopilly students have the option of choosing from multiple study pathways in their Senior years, including Queensland Curriculum & Assessment Authority (QCAA) subject options, the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) pathway, and Vocational Education & Training (VET) options.

2020 Results

The Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR) is used for university entrance and the highest ranking is 99.95, with increments of 0.05.

This year’s results are amongst the best the College has achieved in the last decade:

  • 2.23% received an ATAR of 99 and above
  • 13.84% received an ATAR of 96 and above
  • 35.27% received an ATAR of 90 and above
  • 52.68% received an ATAR of 85 and above
  • Median ATAR Score: 86.4

(NB: These results include all students undertaking QCAA or IBDP courses)

Thank You to Our Community

The College acknowledges the very important partnership we have with parents and guardians. We thank them for the invaluable role they have played in supporting their children throughout their schooling years. It is also important to acknowledge the commitment of the St Peters teaching staff, who worked closely with the Year 12 cohort by challenging and inspiring them to give their best.
