Mother Son Breakfast
20 August | Mother Son Breakfast
SPOSA Café, Centre for Learning and Innovation
What are the life lessons that help us navigate challenges, seize opportunities and achieve success?
Join us at the 2026 Mother Son Breakfast as we celebrate our mothers and sons with guest speaker Dr Glen Richards — veterinarian, entrepreneur, business leader and panellist on Channel 10's Shark Tank.
Raised on a grazing property near Richmond, Queensland, Glen built Greencross from a single veterinary practice into Australasia's largest pet care network. Today, he mentors emerging entrepreneurs and chairs several leading healthcare, technology and workforce companies. Glen credits his journey to the strong values, resilience and family support instilled in his early years on the land.
Drawing on more than 40 years of challenges and experiences, Glen will share stories from his personal and professional journey, along with the life lessons he has learned as a successful businessman and entrepreneur.
We warmly invite all mothers and sons to share in this inspiring morning together.
