All of these experiences make for a vibrant campus and a...
Ministry
‘Slow walking’; ‘a walking meditation’; ‘walking prayer’. These were some of the words I used to describe what walking the prayer labyrinth was like, before Year 8 groups on camp experienced it. The Lutheran Education Queensland prayer labyrinth was a large piece of painted canvas set out in the middle of the hall. We took off our shoes and sat around it to hear what it was about. We each chose a stone from the glass bowl. That stone could be something we are grateful for; it could be something...

One way in which we do this is through our annual Multicultural Week. There are a number of ways that the Primary Years will be involved and we invite parents to be a...
Junior High
Year 8 students and staff have returned from an intensive and rewarding Camp week at Mapleton. Chilly nights were followed by glorious days of sunshine. Students were challenged, stimulated and educated in a variety of ways. Abseiling, canoeing and leaping off a vertical telegraph pole in a ‘leap of faith’; camping overnight in the open; and swinging on the giant swings; as well as speeding down the flying fox zip line, were just part of the fun. These physical challenges were complemented by other...

None of this is possible without the support of families. We appreciate the efforts you go to to support your daughter and the Girls...
