Primary Years
Next Tuesday, the whole College community will be involved in Five for a Farmer, when they can donate $5 to dress as a farmer for the day. Year 2 has been spreading the word to the Upper, Junior High, and Senior assemblies to support the drought-stricken farmers. Early this term, Year 7 student, Sonya L, approached the Social Justice Group because she wants to assist her mum, Tracey, by raising funds for Brain Cancer. Sadly, Sonya lost her Dad to brain cancer 2 years ago, so we have planned a Movie Night for Year 7 students on Friday 12 October (Week 1, Term 4) at the P&F Centre. Last Friday 7 September, St Peters Art and Music departments presented their collaboration, ‘Soundscape’, in the Dron Auditorium. Over the course of history, the link between Music and Visual Art has always been strong, with both influencing each other. Girls who have been placed in our 2018 - 2019 Water Polo teams have now received an email. Boys Sport
Our boys faced Villanova College for the second last round of the AIC seasons over the weekend. Aggregate results were shared between the two Colleges, with Villanova taking the Basketball point and St Peters taking the Tennis. There were a few cancellations due to the wet weather, however we were able to salvage some of our outdoor games and get boys on their respective courts...
