Luminous Lantern Parade

Last Friday, St Peters students attended The Luminous Lantern Parade, a bright and colourful parade that pays tribute to multicultural Queensland by welcoming new Australians.

Each year, this event attracts thousands of people to South Bank with its large, glowing interpretations of iconic animals, locations and characters. Some of the lanterns took on the shapes of koalas, elephants and jelly fish!
