I would like to extend my thanks to Marty Stolberg for her coordination of coaches and the level of detail and pride that each coach has in helping every athlete be the best they can be. With countless hours on the track, field, or around the selection table, we ensure we put our best foot forward. The Captains Paul D, Will J, and Theo H were great ambassadors for their fellow athletes, providing feedback and support to our younger athletes throughout the meets and championships.
2026 Pre-season Sport
To prepare for 2026 Sport, the following sports will begin pre-season trials and training in Week 4 to ensure students can hit the ground running when they return from holidays in January.
- AIC Australian Rules
- AIC Volleyball
- AIC Swimming (began this week)
- AIC Cricket (students not participating in MSW from Week 4 can train with their year level)
For our St Peters sporting programs to positively develop and grow, it is paramount that our students attend training sessions for their chosen sport, so they can improve and refine sport-specific skills and build cohesion amongst their team-mates. If students are unable to attend some training sessions, it is vital that their absence is communicated to their coaches first, and also the respective coordinator/s.
YEAR 7 2026 INVITATION TO TRAIN
Students entering Year 7 at St Peters next year are invited to come along and experience one of the four Boys Sports that are offered in Term 1 2026. We would like to invite you to attend our 'Opportunity to train' sessions for Australian Rules, Volleyball, Cricket, and Swimming. These sessions will provide a sample of what is on offer at St Peters. Please note that our coaches are very experienced and will ensure the sessions are enjoyable and appropriate for all boys.
